4:30 a.m. w/ cramp/ sharp pains

i woke up about 4:30 a.m. w/ cramp/ sharp pains, i thought i had to go to the bms. once i was on the toilet , i was having hot n cold sweats, the pain was conatant but nothing was happening , it lasted more than 15 min.. then out of the blue i started throwing up,so sudden i didnt even get off the toilet, im not sure why , but ended up puking right on the carpet next to me . i couldnt even make it to the trash can ,or the tub. SORRY TO BE SO GRAPHIC,after about 45 min . passed i had a bm,n the run for the lat 36 hrs, kinda reminded me of gallbladder attacks prior to having it out 9 yrs ago. very painful to go but not hemroids, i still feel like everything is gonna fall out, been off work sincejan. 19 gyn doesnt think its prolape ,BUT SHE IS JUST A STUDENT,general surgeon doesnt think its a hernia but 2 drs at the gi clinic thought so, enough to send me to surgeon, having a colonoscopy may 3rd, and i plan on seeking out a gyn w/ endo experience, HAVENT FOUND ONE YET.on mar.17,was in emergency w/ cellulitus, the ER DR thought it sounded like hernia, warned me that the bowls could get strangulated. i dont know when to panic and when to grit n bare it, the pain has been so bad 3+ months now and i still dont know whats causing this pain let alone when i will be fixed help????

Sending you hugs as you sound so down. I had my hyst 10 mos ago and am still suffering. with no explanations after 3-4 drs., except the adhesion monster. my pain doesn't sound at all even significant compared to what you have gone through. Just know that we are here for you and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers as you try to find some good professional help. Do you have a crisis center or counseling professional (church, etc.) you can talk to? sometimes, a good shoulder to cry on can relieve some of the stress brought on my pain and frustration. Take care
