Me Too!

10 weeks today and considering everything that went on 10 weeks ago I feel great! Been back to work for 2 weeks, starting to "remember" things instead of walking around with an I don't know attitude. Still feel a twinge here and there but usually because I've twisted too quickly. Yes, I'm glad it's over...Yes, I glad I finally had it done. Ever so ready to begin the new chapter in my life.

Any 10 Wks Out There?

I am so glad that I had it done but the internal stitches are still not healed. I still have a yellow discharge which is very discouraging. I am sick of wearing a panty liner, been wearing one for 19 years.

bextra is an anti inflammatory. I got to webmd when I have a question about medication or procedures. Right now I am researching nerve blocks.

Any 10 Wks Out There?

Ten weeks for me as of Monday, and I'm doing great! Finally able to vacuum without getting the swelly belly, which is something I've been longing to do. Who'd of thought 10 weeks ago that I'd be excited about vacuuming All of the pain is gone, just have the numbess at the incision. I'm now in the process of getting the HRT regulated, which seems to be going good.

Any 10 Wks Out There?

I will and ty for your support. So far the bextra hasnt been working. I have had no stomach upset with it. I am on it a week today and no relief from the pains and cramps. I am trying to get in touch with a nurse friend of mine to ask ???s about the nerve block. I really dont want to go through surgery again but one of the main reasons I had the TAH was because I was constantly in pain. What is upsetting me the most is my husband has planned a second honeymoon for us for the weekend of April 8th. So I am hoping the doctor finally gives me the go ahead to start having intercouse again because it has been since December.

I also wanted to ask if anyone has tried avlimil? My sister in law is going through menopause and she suggested that I try it. When I spoke to the nurse about it she said that is used for loss of libido. Well since it has been so long I dont know if that applies to me. lol

Thank you again for your support and God Bless!!!! Kim
