Need help increasing libido!

Hi sisters! Just had a question regarding progesterone creams. I saw "Menocream" over the counter at my local pharmacy. Has anyone had any luck with this increasing their libido? Or any other ideas? I'm taking Climara .75 currently. Thanks!

Need help increasing libido!

I haven't heard of Menocream....but of course there are a lot of over the counter progesterone creams out there. In my personal experience, I have used compounded progesterone cream, made up specifically by a compounding pharmacist. It has helped in balancing out certain symptoms, but has not been the answer to my low libido difficulties. In that regard compounded testosterone cream and vaginal estrogen cream is what has helped in restoring my libido.

In any case, it would be helpful to know when your surgery was, what type of surgery you had, and if you kept your ovaries or not.
We aren't doctors here, but we can hopefully provide better ideas if you could provide a bit more information.
