Leaky bladder/second bladder suspension?

I had my hyster on November 24 and am doing very well however am experiencing quite a bit of leakage......has anyone had to go back and get the bladder suspended again?
I wonder if there is a tear or if the operation didn't take as i don't think this is normal. I have emptied the bladder .
He did not do the mesh suspension.
Also, I have decided not to take Hrt however hot flashes are rampant from 9:00 to 4:00 like clock work....... can't say they were any different from before the operation.
Wondering if in time they will subside? Tired natural doesn't work.
Hyster or not.......I must say I do feel better and people have commented that I look better.....I think nature took it's course as i tried to keep my uterus but wasn't meant to be!
Letme know if anyone has had a second bladder suspension?

thanks

Leaky bladder/second bladder suspension?

what type of "bladder suspension" did you have done previously? What causes you to leak urine; running? lifting? coughing? sneezing? or is it an urgency issue?

Leaky bladder/second bladder suspension?

Doing intercourse there seems to be quite a flow of urine.
Yes the bladder is emptied......perhaps there is pressure on the bladder now since the fibroid has been removed but it is not pleasant and really needs to be fixed if he can.
I had the burch procedure done. Running is fine and no leakage.

Leaky bladder/second bladder suspension?

its possible, yet not probable that your bladder has prolapsed causing you the leakage. Another thing could be that your urethra has maybe prolapsed and needs suspending (by a urethral sling--TVT, Monarc Hammock, TVOT, etc).
Its obviously causing you some distress so I would think its well worth making an appt and discussing the problem with either a urologist or a urogynecologist and hopefully finding a solution.
stay well!
