What are the symptons of too much?

Hi, bilbet!

Here is a link to the list of symptoms of too much/too little estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. That will help guide you as you are balancing your hormones. Be sure to keep a journal of your symptoms and give each change you make a fair chance to work before changing again.

I don't know how much luck you will have using soy with estrogen--I've not tried that myself. You can read this article called Soy? Natural Alternative? for additional information.

There is a list of supplements many of us take along with our hormones. You can run the list by your doctor and ask if those supplements would be safe for you. Here is the link to that article called Necessary Supplements While Taking HRT.

For future reference, those articles, and many others, are in the Hormone Article List--a part of the "HysterSisters Quick Links!" drop down menu located near the top/right side of the page.

Good luck at your doctor appointment!
