should i be concerned???

i will be 6weeks post op monday, this past week starting wednesday, i started with nausea, then fever, diahrea, belly cramps, bloating, so very weak could not even lift my head on thursday. 102 fever, fever is now gone i am weak, still belly cramps, and bloating can only eat very light toast, pudding, does this sound like it is related to the surgery or a nasty bug. gosh i really didnt need this now except for the hormones needing to be balanced i was just starting to venture back to life again.

should i be concerned???

Has anyone else around you been sick with a flu-bug in the last week or two? If you have been feeling sick since Wednesday, that's four days. If you aren't feeling much better than when it began, I think it would be wise to give your doctor a call. Be sure to give a call if the fever comes back or you develop any new symptoms. Are you running any type of fever...low grade, maybe? (like 99.5 or so?)

Do you go for a six-week check this Monday?

Hope you are feeling much better soon.

Sorry you feel so bad, sounds like a bug. Maybe call your doctor to see what he/she thinks. I doubt at this point in your recovery it would be surgery related. But call just to be safe.

Feel better!
