Soy milk anyone?

I heard that soy milk balances out your hormones, any one else know that to be true? I searched on this site and found an article on soy, but there is so much info that it seems to be conflicting. The address is:

Anyone out there drink soy milk in addition to their hrt and does it help? I don't have any other health issues in addition to trying to get back my hormonal balance other than high blood pressure, and I am thinking this is due to my imbalance.

Thanks for any help.

Soy milk anyone?

I drink soy milk, but it's not for hormonal reasons. I am lactose intolerant, therefore can't drink regular milk. I discovered the soy milk a few years ago and really like it. That's why I drink it. I haven't noticed any difference hormonally speaking, but I have been balanced for quite a few years now.

Soy milk anyone?

I have used a soy drink mix I get from an internet site for several years now, and have used it since a good 2 years before my hyst. I can tell a big difference in how I feel when I drink it regularly. If anyone would like a link to their website, please PM me and I will get it to you.

This is medical grade quality soy, and the equivalent of 6 glasses of soy milk you would buy at the grocery. It is not genetically modified, and they are using it in many clinical trials for all sorts of things. A doctor started the company when his mother was going through menopause and was having a really rough time of it, and she couldn't tolerate the taste of the soy products that were then on the market.
