7 mos and exhaustion??

hello Ladies,
Quick question....Yesterday I spent the day sleeping, fell into bed at 10:30 and slept the night away. I had a headache and was up for a whole maybe 4 hours. I felt like I did at 1 week post op. Has anyone had one of those days that you just could not for the life of you keep your eyes open? Been a long time since that happened....Just curious!!

7 mos and exhaustion??

I still get that every so often, and some days I get really tired just walking a few hundred yards...other days I can go on and on and on... I don't get it. My DH reckons it is hormones!

7 mos and exhaustion??

Yep - happens to me too and I'm 16 months post op. I have got other non-hyst related physical problems too so don't panic, lol! My gp told me that it could take up to a year for our bodies to fully recover from the trauma of surgery so hopefully you will find this gets less and less in time.

7 mos and exhaustion??

Yep me too, but just recently-
Sleep has been a really issue for me since the hyst, but now things are starting to get back to normal. I am skeeping again, and boy do I ever, last week I missed and entire day. Got up and had my morning coffee, went back to bed because of a headache, and didnt get up till the next day, felt good and bad at the same time.

7 mos and exhaustion??

Hi Harly Kat,

Good to see you! I have those days too. Most days I'm pretty high energy, but every now and then I feel exhausted and just want to sleep. It has absolutely no correlation with how active I've been the day or week before so I'm thinking it is related to hormones in some way. Sometimes it lasts for two or three days. Then, I'm back to normal. Weird.
