Possible Pudendal Nerve issues

I am seeing a neurologist for possible Pudendal Nerve damage and find a good deal of relief sitting on a donut pillow. However I'm still using TENS unit and Pain med's.

Has anyone had experience or known someone who might have a few pointers or suggestions. The complication showed one month after surgery and I still have 1 1/2 months until I see the neurologist. It's been long haul to deal with the pain.

My worst scenarios are sitting (to which I have a desk job) getting jerked round while walking my dogs (2 - 22 pounders) and sitting in te car - I FEEL EVERY POTHOLE.

Any thoughts anyone?

Possible Pudendal Nerve issues

I all I can say is I am right hear with you dealing with the nerve issues. My PM doctor will not give me any pain meds and I have been told to take tyonel for the pain. It's to the point I am only sleeping two hours a day. I have a nerve block on Wednesday and hoping & praying that this takes care of all my problems.

I am sending you a big hug!
