Oh my, ((((sweetie))))), I'm so sorry you're dealing with this issue s. I can't offer much insight, but did want to suggest that you may want to do a search: there have been a few members who've delt with the same thing and this may offer some insight.

Sending lots of s your way. I do hope that things improve for you, very soon

Thanks dany, am trying a search. I don't know that I do have this yet, but something seems to have dropped!

The muscles front and back are sore and achy like they were whist recovering and I pushed 'something' back up again on Saturday..

Oh my,

vaginal vault collapse

Hi Scriv! I had a vaginal vault prolapse after my vaginal hyst. I had my repair on Jan 26 of this year and have done very well so far. Have you already had the surgery to repair it and now it has prolapsed again? If so I would certainly suggest going back to the doc who did your repair or get another opinion anyway to see what needs to be done.

I'm really sorry this has happened to you! Please let me know how you are doing and if you have specific questions I would be more than happy to try to answer them.

vaginal vault collapse

Hi Sherry, thanks so much for your reply.

My problem turned out to be a 'small rectocele' and a 'slight laxity of the back vaginal wall'. I am waiting until September to see if it will feel better, aided and abetted by kegels. But I think I will be in for a return visit for surgery, personally.

So sorry about your problems..hope you are well and truly better now.

Thanks for the update ((((Barbara)))). I'm sorry you may be facing another surgery I do hope that the kegels prove to be a valuable help.

Just a suggestion: you may want to also look into the possibility of Pelvic Therapy, if you haven't already done so. This may prove especially valuable if the Kegels are helping out.

vaginal vault collapse

I"ve felt something drop as well. I self examined and feel a bulge in the upper back vag wall. I have pain like the worst menstrual cramps in the world radiating down my thighs. I"ve been to the doctor about this three times. He says, everything looks fine, good support in posterior wall, slight laxity in anterior wall. No worries. Except of course this pain.
So I think I will try and see a pelvic floor specialist. I know, you know how you "Know" something, I know I have another prolapse. A pat on the head just won't fix it.

This is my first post with the "new" HysterSisters and I must say I have upped my font size in my browser as high as it will go and I still cannot see what I am typing.

Hi (((Magatha)))) I'm sorry you're dealing with all this I do hope you're not dealing with another prolapse. Please be sure to keep us posted.

Regarding the "font size" issues, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the problem. As with any upgrade, there are some glitches that will take some time to work out. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Thanks Dani,
I have found a solution to the font size for Internet Explorer users.
Go to "Tools" in the drop down menu, click on "Internet Options", Click on the "Accesability" button, check the box "Ignore font sizes on specified web pages" and click OK.
I have no idea how to "specify" which web pages, which leads to the glitch in using this "fix", the font sizes are ignorned on all web pages. This is OK for me, but may bother some other people.
