I went to the dr and they said i have a cystocele. I am so tired of having health issues. Sometimes i just feel like giving up. I had a tah when I was 24. Way too young for all this. I wish someone would've told me that my problems would not go away after my surgery that i would just have new ones. well thanks for letting me vent!!

Oh ((((sweetie)))) I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this at such a young age

What did your doctor suggest as far as treatments are concerned? Hopefully there are answers for you and you will soon be on the road to full recovery

I'm with Dany, I too am so sorry you are so young and having these issues. When this same thing happened to me this past December, I was a basket case. I didn't know what was happening to me. Although in my case I have a rectocele not a cystocele. But I know exactly how you feel. Please let us know how it goes for you.

When I went in it was to a after hour ER, So I go to my gyn tomorrow morning. So hopefully he will have some suggestions. It is not bad they said but someday will have to have surgery. So I think I will have them check my hormone levels, and start doing kegels at my desk while i work, hahah. I am just trying to stay in good spirits is all! Hopefully they can do something. Does anyone know if you can have sex or will it hurt? My hubby is afraid that it is gonna flip out on him! That would be a sight. Thaks for the hugs they are much appreciated!!

With stage I & stage II prolapse you usally have no problems with sex. You might have a little discomfort, but not all women have discomfort with stage I & stage II prolapse. I have stage II rectocele prolapse and don't have much problems with sex with my husband. Just take it easy and ask him to be gentle the first time you try and see how it goes. My problems are mostly with bowel issues. As yours maybe mostly with bladder issues.

Good luck. Many women do well with biofeedback physical therapy. Ask your doctor about it if you are thinking about alternatives to surgery.
