More issues!?

Hi ladies. I posted a couple weeks ago about a new pain I was having. I finally got my doctor to give me some medicine which is helping to control that pain. I am positive that I have a humdinger of a UTI. (I'm getting ready to call my doc's office, they aren't in yet this morning.) I don't think the UTI is what had caused my previous pain, as the discomfort I am having now is clearly bladder related - not like the other pain. (Are you confused yet!?) But then on top of that - for the last month or two I've really started having major hotflashes again. Like call out the firetrucks and put me out hotflashes. I haven't had any (to speak of) for at least 6-8 months. I don't understand why all of a sudden I have them again. And they are worse than they were before!!! I am 3 years post op and have been off my hormones for about 1 1/2 years.

Any ideas??? :hair: I think I might just check myself into a loony bin! lol

More issues!?

I wonder if the hot flashes are being tipped off by higher temps? I notice that I am OK as long as I don't get hot. If I do get hot, I get unbarebly hot. Just a thought.... Also, if you have an infection, I wonder if that increases the flashes. A good question for your doc when you make that call. Let us know what you find out!!

More issues!?

I did ask about the hot flashes when I called - and the nurse basically said the same thing you did, Michelle. That alot of it probably has to do with the weather, and the infection "could" have something to do with it. So they ordered a U/A and called in some antibiotics. Hopefully that'll help!

She did ask me if I wanted to go back on my hormones - - I think I'll just tuff it out. I've been off of them this long, I don't care to go through all that again! I'll just keep a handy!!!
