Hi,
I had a few of those days too. Cried over nothing. I felt like such baby. Hang in there! Mine lasted only a few days and then I felt better.

Remember, you've been through a lot.

Believe me, I totally understand. I am almost 4 mo. out and I am doing very well. Unfortunately, our bodies and minds are still adjusting to all the changes that have taken place. I am not taking hormones, and thankfully have not needed anything (so far). However, I have my *little moments* as well...they don't last, but they do happen. When it does, I take a step back and try to relax. I tell myself that my body has been through a huge ordeal and I remind myself how very fortunate I am to be doing so well without any complications...I think what you are feeling is typically normal. Hang in there, *it does get better*! Take care!
