Weight Watchers

I am on weight watchers and have lost a considerable amount of weight , but still have a long way to go. I worry about how to maintain my losing pattern and staying on program while recuperating. Anyone here do Weight Watchers and face similar challenges? How did you handle it? What worked for you?

Weight Watchers

I am a WW alum! The problem I had was not being able to keep up with the extent of excersize I was doing prior to surgery. I started slow walking and continued to do light yoga poses and really watched what I ate. I did not gain anything. In fact I am a few lbs down! Keep with it. It is a healthy program that I continue still.

Weight Watchers

I am starting back on WW this week. I still have all my Points stuff from when I first joined several months ago. So it's gonna be a challenge for me too. But I am looking forward to it.
My weight has just soared in the past year and I need to get it down. I like all the choices we have with the new programs. But the exercise part might be tough. I am a terrible over doer. And I made my DH help me keep my promise to myself that I will not do any situps, weights, strenous stuff until after the 3 month mark. When I walk I have to go slow and not to far. So my walking won't really be the kind of exercise they are talking about but he sure helps to keep your system operating!

Good luck to you!
