Granulation or something!

Can somone please help me! ok i went to the Dr. today for my 5 week post op only to find out that my dr wasn't in after being on the table for 30 min, but anyhow the other dr in the office that i saw, i told her about the knot that i felt in the bottom of my stomach and it is painful, so she told me to go and get some maderma but when i read the label it was saying to put this cream on the inside of the cut but the cut on the outside is closed and looks to be healing fine. so could this be ganulation? and oh by the way i have read about some women having a discharge or bleeding but i have neither of those, so if anyone have a idea of what this could be please share it with me, and i go back to the dr in 2 weeks and i'm sure then she will do a pelic exam.

Granulation or something!

Hi!

Granulation tissue forms at the site where the top of your vagina was stitched closed after removal of the uterus and cervix. That site is called the vaginal cuff. Your doctor would have to do an internal exam to tell if you had granulation tissue or not. When I had it, I had spotting after intercourse. It took several treatments of silver nitrate and a minor surgical procedure in my doctor's office to get rid of my granulation.

You can read more about it in this link.

I hope this helps!
