Turn ons in the most strangest place

Hello everyone....
I'm a huge fan of the golden girls but now I have a "Blanche Deveraux" question...

We are having vacation bible school at our church this week. This year instead of arts and crafts, my DH decided to have a cooking class. On Monday he taught the class on how to make Chicken Quesadilla (hope I spelled that right) but anyway, he had everything laid out and he went step by step like Emeril. He even did a "Bam". My DH is an executive chef. I sometimes watch him cook at home, but that night, it turned me on, just by watching him flip the peppers and putting it together while talking to the kids and adults and to me that was very sexy. I was really impressed on how he taught the class, but it was in church. I never expected to be turned on in church of all places, course later on that night the intimacy was great. I haven't told him yet how I felt that evening. Wonder how he will react?? Last night he taught them on how to kick up a grill cheese sandwich. I don't know what he is going to do tonight???? My DH said that the reason why he wanted to teach the kids is becuase school is getting ready to start back and when they get home they can cook themselves, and it is something that the whole family can do together.

Question...Has anyone got turned on in the most strangest place??

Turn ons in the most strangest place

Girlllllllllllllll you are not alone, and i'm thinking this thread is going to end up on the "hot topics" list before it's said and done.lol.
I went from getting some daily, to cold turkey and lemmie tell ya....DH breathing turns me on. We went to Meijers and him looking at the different roasts turned me on. Him cutting grass makes me wanna go in "attack mode", and believe me. I let him know..lol. I think I got the poor guy scared of me. He knows that when the DR ok's everything, he better run. He said he's leaving those first couple days...and he's not lettin me cook dinner because I keep tellin him imma buy a viagra for that first night, because I have 6 weeks to catch up on..hehehe.

Although I tried pretty hard to not respond... Thanks Bernadette! I have to say you're not the only ones finding every day or routine occurances exciting. DH and I had a talk last night and just laying next to him and us discussing feelings and how our day went and what are we gonna do this weekend.... I wanted to disobey every stinkin order the DR gave me! But being the calm, cool and collect woman I am I was able to control myself. But it's happened several times over the last week. While he was washing my truck. When he was playing Connect Four with DS. Lotsa stuff gets to me now... I think it's because we're noticing the lil things because we can't have the other stuff?

Good luck to ya!

Peaches, you and your DH must be a truly delightful couple!

I believe that it is grand that 'those feelings' wash over you in response to your husband, no matter where it happens.

You are not alone in this. I usually keep it to myself, but once in awhile I'll mention it to DH later on. I just enjoy the feelings...quietly....

This has happened to me plenty of times. Last week I attended a large meeting with a diverse crowd that my DH was moderating. (Our work sometimes run parallel to each other). I knew maybe half the people in this meeting, and it did get 'heated' a time or two. His boss was sitting behind me. I did 'flush' a time or two as I watched him. I never mentioned it, just enjoyed the feeling for a few seconds and then brought my mind back to the business at hand.

I say 'let the love flow' and enjoy!

I don't think God would be mad that you found your hubby sexy in church. Afterall, God put us here on earth for each other and the fact that you are still attracted to your hubby is a wonderful thing
I feel lucky that I have a hubby that is so supportive and loves me. I too have found him very irrasitable during strang times too- is it because we know at that time we can't have them????? But boy does it build up for later
Enjoy,
Leslie

lol I wondered now long it would take you to answer cassidy..hehehe.
I give it about 6 more hours and this one will be on the hot topic list too.
I think it's because we want what we can't have....I have August 12th marked on the calendar, not that i'd forget, but, just to remind DH..i'm cookin that night.

Hugz n thanks for the good laugh!

You ladies are so naughty. I thought that I was the only one that got turned on by Dh still. I have been with him ten years this coming march and lemme tell ya when I see him driving his dad's tow truck I still get tingles. DH's dad is a mechanic that owns his own business. Last ten years spent lots of time at the shop.

this is gonna sound so crazy, but it drives me wild when dh backs-up the pick-up truck.

i think it's because he's so casual and confident at the same time, but he just spins the steering wheel with the heel of his hand, glancing over his shoulder. now me, i need somebody behind the truck with an orange flag, cones, and flashing lights to back-up right! maybe because it's so hard for me to do, it turns me on that it's so effortless for him . . . ? besides that, i still just like lookin' at him! fun thread ladies!

That is too funny bussmeep. My DH can't back things up to save his own life. Things like a car hooked to the tow truck. He won't do it. My little bro in law has too. Don't get me started on bro in law. He too is cute for being barely 21! Men look sexiest when they are doing the man things. But hubby looked so cute with our newborn little girl laying on his chest at 2 am also.

Odd places to feel turned on? Well, not turned on, but I did once attend a funeral and see someone cute one gravesite over and think, "Why couldn't I see her in a museum or a bar? This is no place to chat someone up!"
