bowel relief Tips

I have been taking Fiber con the pill form insted of the drinking kind I have started noticing some progress on with the help of the fibro con and also still take the stool softeners.I been getting relief since I started the fibro con so maybe the ones that has been having a prblem can check into it.It took a few days before it started working but now Im started to have a movment atlest once a day now yeah.As far as the gas pains they are also getting better I found something to take that also.
