Just an FYI, I ordered "The Sexy Years", "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause", and "Sudden Menopause", all from for very reasonable prices and only $1 for shipping! I can't wait to get my books.

That's great Carol! I hope you enjoy them. I think that no one book has the answers, but each one has some info that can help us on our way to finding balance. Do keep in mind that most of these books are talking about natural menopause, so your situation may be different. The books still have some great info to offer, just something to keep in mind.

I have read all three of these books. They are great, and there is useful info in all three. The sexy years is very humorous at times, and I enjoyed it alot.
curl up with a nice relaxing cup of tea, and enjoy

~A Woman's Guide to Natural Hormones -by Christine Conrad

This is a good book. I've read about 7 books so far and this is the first book where the author wrote the book as a result of her own surgical menopause and finding herself with out any hormone resources to speak of. I think there is an updated 2005 edition.

I too agree, that you really have to read and read through the books because the majority of them are written for women experiencing natural menopause with uterus' and with ovaries producing some hormones.
