Weight gain, big belly, moody

Its been almost a year and have gained back 20 lbs lost before surgery. I had just moved to TN, when found fibroids during a bout of diverticulis.
I am not getting it done. I am in same clothes before old weight loss. BJ is not any help with gain
, always poking at me about being big belly. I never
had this shape before, hips & thighs but not this
I feel like I am on the defensive about it and he wonders why I am in a bad mood.
Work is stressful too. Took a pay cut due to slow sales. Cann't pay bills. They didn't take a cut.
I was taking Estroven for awhile, seemed to even out moods some. Any other suggestions

Weight gain, big belly, moody

I too have gained some weight in areas around my middle and thighs. I have had some improvement for loss with exercising 3x a week and cutting out or way low, wheat products and sugar, and upping protien, vegetables, fruit, and low on whole grains. It seems to be working. I have noticed since I was in my mid-forties that my body has not handled refined carbs very well, and metabolism is slowing down.

You might find some help on wellness and fitness in our Hysteritaville forum. Lot's of ideas there from others such as yourself trying to find help with weight, exercise and nutrition.

We are all struggling with this together it seems. Sometimes we need to do things a little different. The body gets used to the same way of doing things and might use a change of diet and exercise to give it the get up and go so to speak.

Hang in there, you are not alone.

Weight gain, big belly, moody

This seems to be a common problem for us girls, I know there are conflicting reports as to why it happens and why there is no explaination.
I have managed to lose 14kgs since surgery but it has been the hardest slowest weight loss I've ever had!!! things are different with my body for sure, change of shape, and that darn stubourn belly UGH.
I totally agree with suzy that exercise can be a benefit not just for the weight gain but the mood lifting effects, I always feel in a better mood after working out, and I used to hate exercise!!!!!
Check out the Hysterville Forum, I have been a regular on the 100lb cruise and it has been great getting help and support from such wonderful ladies
Goodluck, sorry to hear things aren't great for you right now
