Hi Coffeelover,
I am sorry that I do not know of your situation , but , just to make yourself not worry, i would call your physician to let him or her know of your discharge... It may not be serious, but you do want to err on the side of caution, I think??? I hope everything will be o.k. and am sending you a so I hope that will help! Reeni

yellow discharge. and bad smell!

It could be some sort of yeast infection. I think you should call your doctor in the morning. It may be something that can be easily cleared up, but you need to call the doctor.

Hey, Coffee!

Uh, I guess you didn't like my advice to lay low for awhile feet up, cup of decaf joe. No hard feelings. I do wish you'd take it easy for awhile. Getting out for a leisurely lunch...right on! Walking around a mall after ... might be a little much. Hope you took it very slow and easy!

Have you called your doc and how's it going?

My Experience

Hi Coffeelover,
I had anterior repair work and bladder sling surgery on 8/16 and went for my post-op appt this past Monday the 29th. The dr. told me I would probably continue to have spotting for the next couple of weeks due to stitches dissolving. This morning I passed a stitch. Came out in a knot!!! I don't have any bleeding, but I do continue to have a slight yellow/brown discharge, which I've had since Sunday. I think we just need to remember to keep our legs elevated and rest. It's been hard on me, cause I also like to walk the mall, but have not attempted that yet. My boss and co-worker just stopped by to have lunch with me. My boss made homemade tomato soup from her garden. Delicious!! Now I'm ready to relax and do a little reading outside in the gorgeous sunshine. Hope you are having a good day today. Take it easy!!!!!!!!!
