Herbal HRT

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has tried the herbal HRT? I kept my left ovary but the GYN thinks maybe it has gone into shock, guess I'd be in shock to! So, I was thinking about trying the herbal HRT like the kind you can buy at GNC. I just need something short term until my ovary picks back up. I really don't want to go on perscrition HRT because I have family history of breast cancer on both sides so I'm really scared of it. Like I said I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it helped. Is it something you can take short term or is it more for long term? I just need something to help these night sweats and terrible mood swings. Thanks guys.

Herbal HRT

I got to keep my left ovary too. What is it about the left? It seems like very few that get keep to one, keep the right.

Anyway, when it looked like I might lose both I looked into the herbal replacements and it takes awhile for them to build up in your system. I went and read the boxes. And also researched into them. I also asked my Dr. She said some women have very good results, but they are slow to start taking effect. About 2 months. Hope this helps.
