Week 4 - Sept. Wrap Up

Hi clubbers!

Sorry I missed the week three posting! Don't know how that happened! The weeks have flown by since school has started!

To wrap up September I eventually ended up down a pound. Up and down all month! Crazy!

So since August 9th, I am down 6.5 lbs. SLOW GOING!
My goals for the month of October are to exercise more (that has been bad lately) and continue to portion control!



By all means, ladies, if you notice I have missed a week thread, post away! Tell us how you are doing!
I want to try to keep this going as I do feel better when I have to check in and actually write down my successes and failures!

I hope everyone had a relatively good September and hope October is even better! We just have to watch out for that dreaded Halloween candy!

Week 4 - Sept. Wrap Up

I'm glad you posted for this week. Since I weigh myself on Fridays, I guess I can write in for either week! I am a little disappointed in my results. Since I got the ok to start back at the gym, I have gone everyday this week. I have been trying to watch what I eat, too, but as of this morning am only down about a pound or so. I was 156.2 this morning. I guess it is better than gaining! I appreciate being able (forcing myself-depends on how you look at it!) to post my results here as I am trying to hold myself accountable. Only 11-16 lbs to go

Week 4 - Sept. Wrap Up

I thought I posted by using the quick reply option, but for some reason it did not work. Since my last gyn exam, I am down 13 lbs according to their scale. I had put on extra weight last spring. So I guess I can't complain. I am under 120 lbs now. I eat whole foods like whole grain cereal, nuts, dried fruit, vegetables, fruit, fish and lowfat dairy. That's about it. I hope we do not dwindle down to nothing. I guess everyone must post on the daily thread rather than this extended one, but I really like it and hope it keeps on. Best wishes, Judith

Week 4 - Sept. Wrap Up

I am here. I wondered what happened to week 3 too. Things have been hectic around here also. I am sorry to say that I have not lost any weight since I started. The good news is that I have not gained any either. I haven't had much chance to do the things I need to do. Not sure if I'll be able to change that anytime soon. But officially I weigh 170lbs as of Oct 1. I want to lose 20 lbs for starters and if that takes me a year so be it. I will try to check in here every 1-2 weeks for your support and my accountability. Week 4 - Sept. Wrap Up

Hi Ladies!

Thanks for keeping this going. My September ended up being down 2 pounds. Pretty sad, but I guess that is better than being up 2 pounds. I'm a teacher and once school started I was so tired that I didn't exercise like I know I need to in order to drop the pounds. So..

October goals, exercise at least 4 days per week (can be walking or the gym) and drop 5 pound by the end of the month. We will see. I'm at 153.6 right now. Thanks for being here!
