Uterus Size

On the surgery report 3 weeks ago when I had my D&C it said that my uterus "sounded" at 7 cm. From what I have read that is a normal size. So, my question is....I am having a lot of low back pain, abdominal aches and pains, bloating, urinary frequency, spotting, etc. My clothes are all getting too tight in a matter of 2 weeks. I am having a transvaginal ultrasound in two more weeks to see what is going on. If I had fibroids large enough to cause that much trouble wouldn't my uterus be bigger than normal? I couldn't have the ultrasound any sooner so I could heal from the D&C so now I have to just sit and think and worry.

Thanks to all

Uterus Size

My uterus was not that large but I had the same symptoms that you had. But if you are "growing" over a period of two weeks, something else might me going on. So, it's good that you are getting the ultrasound as this can answer many questions for you.
