recovering from fulguration and bleeding at 4wks?

Hi there long time not talk to, sorry sisters this medication they have me on for the trigeminal neuralgia makes me so sick I'm lying down most afternoons and the evenings I'm barely coherent (I take the med 4 times a day).

Had my hydrodistension and fulguration 4wks ago and the uro said that I had alot of IC again and burned "some" ulcers off I guess I"ll know more when I see him next week for follow up....last Saturday though I started having sharp sharp pains in my bladder and was surprised to see that I was getting some blood on my pantyliner (which hasn't happened since a couple days after the procedure) and the pain has continued this week it goes from crampy to sharp and I've had some blood again and can't remember if this is normal healing after the fulguration from the last time or not? Anyone else who's had it remember?

Other then that I finally meet with the neurosurgeon about how to fix my trigeminal neuralgia on Thurs and am very nervous about that (there are many treatments but only one that is non-destructive to the nerve and that's the one I want lets hope he agrees!) so wish me luck!

I've missed you my sisters and hope you are all ok I'll be back as soon as they get me off this awful anti-seizure medication it's like having your head stuffed under water! If anyone has had bleeding after their fulguration so far out please let me know!

Just wanted to offer a and encourage you to call the URO about your new bleeding. I feel its best to report any new, troublesome symptom, if only for your peace of mind.

thanks! I see him next week anyways so I figure unless it gets worse I'll try and live with it and just watch to make sure it doesn't get worse, I just can't remember if this happened last time or not?
