Weight gain worries!!!!

Forget dieting! Eat for nutrition and for health. Get your body healthy, so it can repair itself. Give it the vitamins and minerals it needs. If you take nutrition into consideration, you will automatically lose weight too. (I have lost 1/2 my stomach just because I had a large uterus! That's nice! ) I also worked out for 2 years prior to this with a trainer, which I feel has helped me alot in this recovery. I have strong abs and good pelvic floor strength. But what you use to fuel your body matters!

I wish I had your disciplin Kim!!!!!! I plan on doing my best to get back in shape after surgery!!!!!! It is only 4 weeks away, so at this point I am watching, but will start working out after recovery!!!! Thanks for the hints, everything is helpful!!!!!!!!
