Green and Cammomile Tea

I have read the herbs to avoid and I am wondering about Green Tea and Cammomile Tea. Are they ones to avoid also? My DR recommended that I begin taking a well rounded vitamin in December for surgery in January. While reading the list of ingredients, I saw that it contains green and cammomile tea extracts as the last ingredients.
Also, I suffer from many spinal problems including osteoporosis (many small fractures) herniations (8-12) Two hemangeoma tumors (non-operable) that all cause me great pain. My neurologist has me on oxycontin already and I am wondering if I should discontinue use of these now as to avoid an opiod tolerance during surgery. Of course this is on my list of questions for pre-op visit (1-5), but would like to ask any hyster sisters for opinions or experience with this. Thanks a million! What would I do in this anxiety ridden pre-op time without you??

DRs differ on the green tea/chamomoile tea issues. Some DRs will say to discontinue them but mine told me it's fine, and she knows I drink very large amounts of green tea every day.

You'll need to ask your DR on the oxycontin question... your DRs may have to coordinate their strategies for dealing with your pain, but it should be workable.
