i'm new!!

My surgery is Jan 13th and i am getting nervous too. My friend is going in on Jan 9th to remove her ovaries. She has polycystic ovarian disease and they went into fix it 7 months ago and took only her uterus. They are now going back into take what they were supposed to the first time. She is not nervous at all having beenthru it already.

i'm new!!

I had laproscopic surgery so after a week my doctor cleared me for all normal activity. I was out and about (although slowly and carefully) 7 days after surgery. You probably don't want to do very much until checking with your doctor during your first post-op visit.
Best of luck.
