surgery scheduled

My surgery is now officially scheduled for March 2, 2006. I haven't been particularly nervous until now. It seems so real ... and like such a short time off. My doctor (and I) have decided it best to go ahead and take my ovaries since my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at age 38 (I'm only 37).

I'm very nervous about HRT and the effects that this surgery is going to have on my relationship with my husband. He has been so sweet and supportive. But we have always had a pretty active sex life, and I worried about that changing?

Of course, I'm also worried about the general anesthesia, the pain, the recovery, and returning to work.

Wow! My New Years Resolution was to worry less, and here I am worrying ........
