Need To Vent...........
Here I go again about my swollen belly, but c'mon enough is enough. My clothes are not fitting properly, I can't stand to wear jeans, although I try to cuz I'm tired of wearing sweats and pj's. Not only is it aggravating, but starting to hurt even more. My incision site from last months surgery feels like it's going to bust open. My self esteem is way down and I feel like an ugly duckling. My boyfriend is very supportive, he reminds me every day that he loves me for me, no matter what happens. I am feeling quite insignificant, yet trying to stay strong for my family. I simply don't know how much more I can take, will this ever end? Please tell me things will get better after my hysterectomy.

Yes things will get better you just have to be patient. The swelling will go down it just takes time. I felt the same way but one day I tried on my jeans they fit. I was so suprised. My sister-in-law had ordered me some clothes and I tried them on and they fit.
What you need to do is wait a week or two then try again. They will eventually fit. Just keep your chin up. It will get better.

{{{angelsnlma}}} so sorry you are feeling so bad!!! Please know you are not alone. I remember the weeks (and months) before my surgery when people thought I was pregnant and I lived in my hubby's sweat pants. There is a light at the end of the tunnel though. I recently bought 2 new pair of jeans and they are 2 sizes smaller and I look pretty good if I do say so myself! Take care of you! s Laurie
