Hang in there. Many times the insurance company wants to know that something was done first to rule out the need to do anything else. I had a D&C and it was discovered the my uterus is very enlarged so that ablation would not be a good option and I have multiple fibroids one that is 8 cm and another that is 7 cm and growing in the uterine muscle, so mymotecy (spelling) is not an option. I have lots of pain, and not too bad periods, heavy one/two days, it is mostly the pain. So when I went to the doctor for the results, it was decided that hyster. was the best option. The doctor got every thing through the insurance company no problem. So hoping that will be the same with you.
