Desperate! The Nightmares are back!

Please help! I feel so alone with all of this! It's nine months since the hyst. and the nightmares are back with a vengence leaving me very distressed and tearful!Got straight out of bed to send this, having had a night of dreaming about bleeding and then trying to wash my uterus under the tap and then put it back inside my body.Am I going mad?The nightmares I had initially were about babies, giving birth, loosing babies in a room full of cribs that sort of thing. Now the dreams seem to be about bleeding and having periods. Will this ever stop?Has anyone else experienced thsi? It's got so that I'm frightened to go to sleep!

Thanks for being there,

Take Care,

Ann

Desperate! The Nightmares are back!

((Ann))

You poor thing, that sounds very upsetting. Yes, I have had some scarey nightmares, not exactly like what you are having, but know you are not alone having them.

I pray that you will have some peace, and this will end ,and be replaced with happy wonderful kind of dreams.

I find it helps to read something pleasant before bed. I think sometimes it leaves a nice thought in the mind before bed.

Sending you lot's of s

Sue

Oh my friend Ann,
I am so very sorry you are going through this again. I am sending you good thoughts of support. I hope and pray you are able to get some good rest tonight with no terrible dreams. Sometimes, it helps me to get as relaxed as possible before bed, do something that you like and is restful. Focus on positive things as you are getting ready for bed. Hugs sent to you! Take good care Ann!

Desperate! The Nightmares are back!

Sweetie I am sorry that the nightmares came back! I think you may be have the answer about the trigger when you mention another upcoming surgery. And I have NO IDEA what you are talking about when you say "what a wimp!!".

When I am having a spell of these kinds of dreams I make it a point to watch funny things on TV before I go to bed. That is what works for me.

I'm hoping that you are having sweet dreams Ann!

Love, Anna

Desperate! The Nightmares are back!

Thanks for the support it ,really, helps! Last night was okay ,no nightmares, but no sleep either! I don't think that I would allow myself to fall asleep because I was so worried about the previous nights. Prehaps to-night I will be so tired that I will sleep. Hope that you all had restful nights (or are having) .Take Care,
Love and Hugs,

Ann
