I'm A mess

I just can't wait until my surgery is over. I am scheduled for Tues, 2/14 in the afternoon because my Dr. has office hours all morning. I was originally scheuled for 3/21 but they moved the date up due to concern about the mass in my rt ovary and the pain I have had. I just worked my last day for awhile. My hubby is in TX for school with Air Force and I am here in PA. My kids are grown and they are going to be helping me. I just want this to be over and to find out that this thing is benign and to be pain free, (LOL, do I want too much?) I am a basket full of nerves, up one minute, crying the next. I try to be strong but this is really tough and exhausting trying to put on the happy face so that others don't worry about me. Thanks for letting me vent.

I'm A mess

Dear Sweet Tifferin

You are not asking for too much. Most of us just wanted to get it over with and feel better and know that it was all behind us.

I'm sorry DH is so far away, I don't know how I would have gotten thru w/o mine. You said your children are helping you, that's great! Use them to the fullest, that's what kids are for.

Please know that you are not alone, we are all here for you with gentle hugs, shoulders to cry on, and always ready to listen.

Lots of Love, Ginger
