What could this be?

Hi Ladies:

I haven't been on this forum for a while but thought if anyone could help me it would be you all. I hope I am posting in the correct place. I had my TAH in March of 2003. No problems until now. In September I started having bowel trouble, skinny stools, constipation, burning inside the rectum and in between the anus and vagina and a feeling like something was always there. Went to the dr. they did a Sigmoidoscopy and found nothing but a few internal hemmroids. Gave me cream and told me to up my fiber. It went away in about 6 weeks. So around Novmeber all was good. In the middle of January it came back I am going to the bathroom okay, but the burning in rectum and in between the anus and vagina is burning and feels like there is a ball there and that I have to have a bowel movement. Some days are better than others. I sit all days so that really makes it bad. Does this sound like anything to you? I just am so worried not knowing what it is.

Thanks for your help and God Bless.
