Weather and traffic fatalities

Hello Sisters,
I was watching the news last night, how sad. In Canada there have been many many deaths on the roads due to the weather, multiple car pileups, which I have actually seen when I lived in Vancouver. Also what happened with the winds on the West coast of both Canada and the States yesterday, no power and frigid temps for those poor ppl. Eastern Canada didnt fair much better and I do know that cold front is moving south into the States.

If you could all take a moment at some point and just pray for the families and friends of those who are without power, those who have lost a loved one. It has definitely been a strange winter! I fear for the homeless in Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, and all the major centers that have been or will be hit with this horrid weather...

Hugs, God bless you all

weather on my mind too

I am awaiting the arrival of DD to come help me after surgery. Her bus was cancelled because of bad accident on highway to Ottawa (4 dead) and now she is trying to get here by train and friend's family. Brrrr it is cold - reminded me of my teenage years in Saskatchewan- when school was cancelled at -40C!
