3 mo post op and spotting???

Everything was going along pretty well! I do have some weight gain post op and sometimes I feel extremely bloated and my belly is uncomfortable (especially in tight pants!) but on a whole I was healing and feeling good! I'm very lucky that we had two two-week trips already planned so I've been in Florida sunshine, walking 2 1/2 miles on the beach every day. Now we're back in cold Maine and I have a cold. :-( This past weekend, hubby and I started cleaning our basement, taking our time, not doing anything strenuous. So why the spotting this morning? I have a call in to my doctor and he will call back tonight or tomorrow but I figured I might find some answers here.

Thanks! I've already learned so much from reading these boards.

Even though your hyst was a few months ago, you may not be completely healed. It can take several months to a year to really be completely healed. So my guess is that you over did it a bit. Try to rest today and see if you feel better tomorrow. And do stay in touch with your dr.
