new question?? please help!

well i have a appt the 20th of this month for PT.. and my problem is bloating,fullness, gas, indigestion right sided pain.leg numbness and hip pain!! i went to the gyn and he did the exam said i have pelvic floor mucle damage.. and referred me to a PT.. my question is will the PT dr. perform a ultrasound??? my dr. did the exam and sent me on my way.. i think i have a cyst. or something,but he was more concerened about the PT. my right sided pain has become alot worse in the last week or so... it moves from the the back and all down my legs and now my legs are numb!!! augh... should i ask the PT to do a ultrasound right away??? any imput would be great!! Thanks

That is a question that you will have to ask the PT. We can't know what your PT is going to do at your appt, each case is different. He/she may or may not do tests. I would suspect that he/she will talk with you and will examine you so he/she will know where your pain is. You could call and ask.

I think if you are concerned that you have a cyst, than you should call your gyn back. I am doubtful that a PT can do anything about a cyst.
