Worried!!!Increasing oestrogen patch to o.75 femseven.

hi ladies.
Hope you are doing well. I have complained of aching/restless joints for 3 mths now -i finally got my doctor to check my hormone levels -yipee!!iv had restless legs and my doctor has finally agreed to do blood tests and more than likey increase my patch from 0.5 mcg to 0.75 mcg. She said because im 34 i need more oestrogen and i am currently on the lowest dose. I have read some de-motivating stories on increased oestrogen.
I feel great on this dose except for my restless legs that make me so tired. I have no hot flashes/mood swings or anything else that is commen with hrt.
Has anyone been on the 0.75 mcg dose and have you had side effects??

Do you know what your estrogren levels are? I like the .75 dose, and when I increased it from .50 I had no side effects at all, except that I felt better with the increased estrogen.

I reread your post and realized you were talking about femseven and I'm on Vivelle. I've never heard of femseven...don't know if it's available here. But, going from .50-.75 isn't too drastic.

Im glad this dose works for you-i have my blood tests next wk- one doctor warned me that if i increased it i would have alot of side effects but she refused to check my hormone levels.Fortunatly i had a second opinion and they will check my hormone levels-i cant see another reason why my legs have been aching so much.
I was on a menopause injection for treatment for endo and i had the same problem with my legs.
Your opinion makes me feem positive.
