Anyone pulled a muscle ? in the groin area ?

I am 2 weeks today and had been doing very well...that is til' last night. I had felt a twinge in the groin just where the pelvis meets the thigh on my right leg. I hope I am describing this correctly, This happened when I involuntarrily sleep stretched a couple days ago. Then last night getting back in bed I spread my legs farther than I had yet and OUCH!!!! I am so sore. I wonder if I could have pulled a muscle in this are or something? Kinda burned and felt like a knife with a lasting soreness. Now when ever I move too quickly or spread a bit it twinged again on both sides now. Anyone else experiance this problem? Anyone know what or how serious this may be???
Thanx sooo much for any input!

Anyone pulled a muscle ? in the groin area ?

I pulled something on the left side. Not sure how, it might have been stretching because I have the BIG desire to stretch the front of my body. I iced it right away and took an advil. It was better in a couple of days.

Anyone pulled a muscle ? in the groin area ?

Yes! At about 3-4 weeks I started feeling a little better and when I went to get off the couch from a laying position, I kicked myself up with my right leg. OH MY GOSH!!! The pain was horrible. I could hardly speek. I felt like someone stabbed me with a knife and yes I also had burning. I was walking funny from the pain for about 2-3 days. It hurt from the top of my pelvis area all the way down to my knee. I never called the doctor since I figured I just pulled a muscle. I just watched for any side affects like bleeding but never had it. I had to baby it for a couple days. I would feel twinges of pain from moving the wrong direction too. It got better and I am fine now. I am just much more careful getting up now!
