Eureka! I found it!

Well, I'm just at six months out, and I have had a little trouble finding an HRT/BHRT that would work for me. My first month, I went cold turkey. That didn't go too well.
then I tried Estratest H.S. Which helped, but there were still issues. Then I switched to BI-Est with Progesterone & Testosterone cream and Bio progesterone capsule. That was a total failure. I was having extreme everything, but when depression set in, I called my doctor and said enough! I went back to Estratest, but this time F.S. This made a big difference, but still not quite right. So just out of curiousity, I added the compounded progesterone capsule, and after the first day I began to feel much better. It has been a week, and I still feel good. Even my libido is back! I know it is too soon to tell if it will last, but for now I feel good. Better than I have in years. Yay!

Welcome to Hystersisters!

F.S is full strength H.S. is half strength.

Hystersisters has a pretty good list of resources here : https://www.hystersisters.com/vb2/lin...o=browse&cid=3

Check that out and I think you'll find what you are looking for. If not, ask your questions about HRT on this forum. Someone will be happy to answer!

Donna!

I'm glad you are feeling better! Sometimes it takes a bit of experimenting to get just the right combination. I hope you continue to feel well.

Cynthia,
I too was worried about side effects but I have been on Estratest FS for six months now and have not experienced any side effects. The only thing is that my fatigue has not lifted. And occassional insomnia. Like now. But everything else seems to be going fine. So far so good.

I don't recall any side effects the first time I took HS, and I am not having any now. It is a little soon to tell though.
