Embarrassing problem, can't hold bowel movements

I whenever i seem to passed gas it always sounds like you are starting up an old truck and I'll have bubbles pass through my vaginal area. I will then get a bad cramp from down there. Also when I have to go I have to basically run to the bathroom and squeeze my butt cheeks in so that I don't mess my myself, or sometimes when I pass gas I will actually go on myself instead. I also get a burning sensation back there when I do passed gas.I have to go and take my first dosage of lupron on friday August 19th. Please Help with any advise both of my problems :burning: .

I had the problem of not being able to make it to the bathroom and basically still do. But I saw a colo-rectal doctor about 4 years ago and he advised me to make sure I was empty in the mornings. So I eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water and after my morning BM (I don't completely empty) I give myself a warm water enema and as soon as I have the urge, I go again. That has gotten me on a regular schedule and now I get all this done before my morning shower. I still have tiny leaks, but never the whole thing anymore, shoot I used to some times have attacks in the car - ugh. I still only have 10-15 seconds to make it to the bathroom. But at least I am on my terms. Talk to your doctor and see if you can try the enema thing, you can't become dependant on the warm water. Hugs - it is frustrating. Oh yeah, I got a prescription hydrocortisone creme for my hemi's cause leaking causes me to have swelling and burning. Good Luck!
