granulation with endo tissue in it

Have had this appear a couple years ago. granulation bleeding seems to have been sparked by exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles, plus use of premarin cream locally on labia area. Dr. tried cauterizing it twice...didn't really help. as I decreased cream, it slowly went away.

Recently had hip re-alignement, doing pelvic strengthening exercises...very gentle ones...hip and abdominal muscles re-arranging themselves, so alot of adjustments happening, getting some granulation bleeding again...needed to use cream for very dry labia lips, etc....triggered alot more bleeding.

I need to do the strengthening exercises, and the muscles down there will causes effects as they get stronger....I do need to keep the vaginal and outer tissues healthy....

but, with the endo tissues in the granulation, and also in surrounding areas, any application of the cream causes swelling, cramps, constipation, pms, and the darn bleeding...

I'm stumped.....do I use as little cream as possible to do the trick and just live with the occasional bleeding caused by the muscles re-adjustung themselves?

am talking w/ gyn about this.

thanks

I would be very interesed to hear what your gyn says re this. I am wondering whether ovestin cream should or should not be used on the labia as I also find that area very dry and have posted on the HRT thread. On the instructions it does say for intra vaginal use only.
I had some bleeding from the vaginal lining when I inserted a tampon to do the tampon test, presumably because I was very dry and had thin tissue.
Ovestin cream and estriol as bio identical oestrogen are less strong and invasive than premarin, so may not cause as many problems. Has your gyn mentioned them?
