Those taking Premarin question

My doctor switched me from the Climara patch (wouldn't stay on) to the Premarin pills, .625 daily. Do you find they are better to take at night or in the morning?

what dosage of the patch were you on? There are some women that take it in the am b/c if they take it at night before bed by the next evening they experience some crying episodes from the leveling dropping early. Taking it in the am will ensure there is a nice level through the day.

There really isn't one time of day that is right for everyone. The best time of day is the one that works best for you. Everyone is different, some women do better taking it in the a.m., some in the p.m. I would start by taking it at the time that is most convient for you and see how you do. If it doesn't work out, you can always change it.
