Uses for those things we no longer need....

Just for fun....
How can we use up those "things" we no longer need? Well, here are my suggestions for using them over Halloween...

1. Line the driveway with tampons stuck in the ground like teeky(sp?) torches. Light them to brighten the way for those little trick-or-treaters.

2. Plaster your body with left over Always pads and go to the party as a mummy.

3. Stick a tampon in your Jack-o-lanter and light it in place of a candle.

4. Pass out your left over feminine products to teenage girl trick-or-treaters instead of candy.

5. Stick pads to the driveway to spell out "Happy Halloween".

What else?.......

Oh! Oh! If someone want to dress as Frankenstein they can use them as the bolts that come out of his head...lol
Can hang them from trees like they are "Ghosts"...lol
Great post! Cracking me up

sistepn,

I have to laugh here at your statement"keep thinking I'm gonna need it". It reminded me of last week I was straightening things out in my bedroom and found a pad underneath somethings. I immediately moved towards the garbage can to throw it out, but then got this thought through my head "nope you may need this" and promptly retracted my hand. After a good laugh it went in the garbage! Nope, not any more ~Anju

I love all your comments! I was watching a new commercial for Always where each pad comes with a little pre-moistened towelette to make you feel "fresh & clean". I said to my husband, "Sure, now that I don't need them anymore, they come out with the great idea of including a towelette with each pad!" We laughed. And now, when I got to the supermarket or a drug store, I breeze by the tampon/pad aisle. Such a freeing feeling - I don't miss it at all! And, I have no PMS symptoms! I do still have a bunch of pads and tampons in my closet - think it's time to throw them out? Why is it so hard to do that?

I keep the supplies for guests. Relieves me of the guilt of tossing them out. I'll give the Midol and PMS tea to my daughter with a condolences card.

I was actually considering having a memorial service for Aunt Flo.... she was with me for 19 years, it's the least I can do! Maybe dig a hole in the backyard and throw all of my supplies in it?

hi, you all really made me laugh, i still have a tampon in my purse and a drawer with pads and tampons, i am going to bag them up and give them all to my daughter. this is the first one i have missed(although i dont miss it). bag'em up and give them to a teen girl in your neighborhood or a church. i have horrible mood swings but not as bad as pms. good luck
