Career women unite!

I am so looking forward to dressing down! This morning as I was getting gussied up for work I could not help but think how forward I was looking to wearing flannel pj bottoms and houseslippers instead of pantyhose and heels for a couple of months!

I have decided that this is going to be a vacation for me that will start out "bad" and get nothing but "better." I'm trying so hard to keep a positive attitude this next month!

to all the sisters.

Career women unite!

Oh Terri woman I hear ya! LOL I don't even have to get gussied up for my work, but there's just nothing like sweat pants, fat socks and no bra, y'know? My DBF told me the night I got home from the hospital that when I walked to the desk after they called my name in the surgical waiting room, he remarked to my sister that evidently I wanted to look my most haggard at the outset. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!

One person's haggard is another's comfort city. I say ERKEL pants forevah!!

Career women unite!

Ladies ~ It has been wonderful! I too have to get gussied up to go to my office but over the last few months, "gussied up" has taken on a whole new meaning. It has meant a sweat suit with matching tops and bottoms! I have loved laying around the house in my PJs and going out in public "gussied up" in my finest sweat suit. I am definately going to miss that when I go back to work. BUT, because of on-going swelly belly issues I will take my finest sweet suits with me to the office should I need to get out of the pantyhose or dress pants.

Enjoy YOUR time!

Oh, these are such excellent points! Sweats, slippers, blankies... Sounds heavenly! I just realized that I can knit while I am at home recovering. Woo hoo! Scarves, hats, blankets...

And I love your attitude that it is a vacation that starts out bad but just gets better. Thank you for sharing!
