Discouraged!

Hi Ladies,
I went back to my PCP yesterday and the UTI is back with a vengence. I feel awful! I'm making an appointment with my URO today, but you know how that goes. It will probably be a while before I can get in to see him. I'm trying to be so careful and nothing I'm doing is working. I'm so frustrated. There has to be something more going on. The only other symptom I have besides infection is the bubbling sensation at my urethra. I've had so many different surgeries that I guess it could be adhesions.... I'm at a loss.

Is there not ANYTHING the PCP can give you for the discomfort if nothing else?

Is your Dr sending your urine sample out to be cultured, or just going by what the in-office dipstick test is showing?
