I Feel So GREAT! Had 1 week post-op appt & went Shopping!

My 1 week post-op appt went great! I had a TVH so doc looked inside to make sure all my stiches were looking good, made sure there were no rips or anything like that and said that my stiches should be coming out anytime now. I just feel so great and I'm so glad I had this done!

I work with an awesome Wellness Company called Melaleuca, from my home. We have a Launch on Sat (Jan 6th) which is a thing they do to introduce new products. So, I went to our outlet mall and bought me a new business outfit and am so excited!!! I got a cute/nice pair of pin stripe pants and a nice black, long sleved shirt that kinda puckers in the front from top to bottom next to the buttons and is silky feeling and some black pumps. I am just so excited cause this is the first nice outfit I have bought myself since my husband and I got married, over 5 years ago. I have a new RED suede purse for a nice pop of color too, I'm just so giddy and excited. This will be my first Melaleuca Launch and I can't wait.

I took my shopping experience very carfully, took my time sat down when I needed to and all went well. I know Sat will go just as well, it will be in Houston, at one of the Gallariea Hotels so it will be tons of fun.

Easy easy.... and be careful that you don't lift anything above your restrictions. Enjoy your launch, but do take care and stop and rest if you feel tired.

Thanks scriv, I have and will be easy...I'm not allowed to lift anything over 10 lbs, so it's a good thing our 10 month old is around 10lbs, but no more than that. I rest a lot and drink tons and take wonderful vitamins and minerals and know that has played a key role in healing. But don't you worry, I always listen to my body and when it says rest and relax, that's what I do.
