If you could change your Profession...

I am a nurse. On time I was taking care of a very sick patient in ER, and we were hanging drip after drip, it was very intense. When the patient was stabilized and on their way to ICU, I told the internist sometimes I just wish I had a hot dog stand! Offering people onions, mustard and relish would be much easier and so less stressful! I love my job, and wouldn't change it.

i'm currently changing careers. i have no idea what to though. <eeks> surgical nurse to something else. i'm burnt out. my dream as a child was to do something with animals..perhaps vet. maybe a vet tech now.

i hope dreams come true for all of you! life is way to short to be unhappy if you are. Live,Laugh....and go forward!

Hot dog stand?! That reminds me of the novel A Confederacy of Dunces! The ultimate story about a guy with a hot dog stand!
