Best Wishes to our January 30 Princesses

22 Hours and counting. Wondering why I'm having this done, wondering if there is an alternative. Worried about the unknown: how will I do during surgery? What if they find cancer? How long will recovery take? How long will I be in the hospital? How will I feel emotionally? How much weight will I gain? How will my body adjust to artifical Hormones? Will I be able to wean myself off HRT? How long till I am back to 110%?

HI Kathy,
My name is Kathy too! I'll be there January 30th also. I've been a wreck today, some of the same questions have went through my mind plus 1000 more. Good luck with your surgery. Now we just have to survive tommorrow. I skipped church today because I was too much of a basket case to go.

Best Wishes to our January 30 Princesses

hi to all my fabulous hystersisters! i too have been a basket case today i went to church and i cried when they prayed for my surgery to go well and my recovery to go smoothly! and then after the service i was talking to 2 of the elderly men in my church and i was telling them that my husband don't get his unemployment check until thursday or friday and that i was suppose to get paid for babysitting either friday or yesterday and that i was counting on that money to get the stuff i am suppose to drink tomorrow to flush my system in preperation for surgery and i started to cry when 1 of them reached in his pocket and handed me a $10 and told me to go get the stuff! and then tonite i desided to make blueberry muffins for my kids to have something to grab to eat on the way out the door to catch the bus and my husband asked me if he should help since he made them before and i didn't and again i started to cry! i will probably be worse tomorrow!
