Can Stress make your boobs sore?

Ok I have been off the "Lava Flow" for 2 weeks but my darn boobs are killing me, this has never happend after my period, always before, what gives! I swear I am about to reach up there and yank the thing out myself! but then there would be blood on my carpet and I don't think I would much feel like cleaning it up after that. I guess I will just bend over and yell at one more time! Ahhhhhhhhhh

Coffee can get you too - it's something with the caffeine (which can be in the sodas too). I have fibercystic disease (I'm lumpy) and they warned me about it, so I limit myself to one big coffee a day, and try to drink decaf if I have anything else.

I think Belles3 nailed it to with the ovulation as part of it. I've been told that Vitamin E is supposed to help with the soreness - but I've never tried it.

Hope this passes - and that you don't have to deal with it after your big day!

Can Stress make your boobs sore?

Funny you should say this. My breasts have been quite sore but since I am 54, post-menopausal and have been on HRT it can't be due to periods. I think I may have asked my GP about this and I might have experienced it before but I can't remember - am so woolly headed at the moment!
Whatever.....
