Natural Remedies

Sisters, I want to share with you about 2 products that I have been using that help my menopausal symptoms.
One is phosphatidyl serine 100mg, that I take in a softgel form.
This is a good mood lifter and energizer and you can take this twice a day.
The other is COQ10 50mg also taken in a softgel form.
This COQ10 is relaxing in a very natural way, and it will energize you just a bit.
We`re all in this together.

Thanks for the tip (((til)))

I was wondering what menopausal symptoms these products are relieving, as we can all go through this with different woes

In my case, I'm dealing with brain , hot flashes, night sweats and, worse of all, I've been prescribed Trazodone for the insomnia, as it was seriously affecting my ability to function, and it's also helping all the other symptoms

Re Natural remedies

Hi Dany!

The phosphatidyl serine is helping with my depression, and the COQ10 helps with anxiety.
You can find both of these supplements at online.
For vaginal dryness, try eating one daily serving of yogurt with active yeast cultures
Hope this helps.
